It all started when…

In 2007, Jimmy Lyn’s Catering was born. But this is not your typical story.

Jimmy Fagala, owner and creator of Jimmy Lyn’s Catering, was in the oil and gas business, while his wife Cayce was a counselor.

So WHY CATERING?

Jimmy’s position in his business, had him traveling the nation, visiting all sorts of small towns and big cities.

Being the foodie he is, at each stop he asked the town’s citizens, “Where is the best BBQ?”

Because of his travels, he has had the pleasure of interviewing over 500 pit masters, visiting hundreds of restaurants and learning and experimenting with recipes along the way.

After hosting several “backyard BBQ’s” with family and friends, Jimmy and Cayce Fagala decided to start their own catering company, and it has grown ever since.
